Announcing The 1st KMA Winter Axe Throwing League

Starting February 22nd – April 12th

 Registrations for our first mixed league can be made on our website under Booking, hit the tab for the leagues! Enter your name and email address and make your payment in full or opt for 3 easy payments of $50

The cost is only $128.00 per person when paid in full with a minimum of 10 people to start the league, and a maximum of 40 people for 7 weeks with the championship round the 8th week.

(That’s less that $5.00 per game!)

Practice sessions will start @ 6:30 with League play beginning promptly at 7pm with 4 games per night with matches @ 7:00, 7:15, 7:45 & 8:00

Game play:
Each week starts with 30 minutes of warm-up time starting at 6:30. After warm-ups, each person throws 4 matches against different opponents. At the beginning of the match, players take one warm-up throw, then starts the match.

Match – 10 throws

Axes - provided by KMA

Foul Line – Orange line 12 feet from the target. Your foot can not make contact with the tape until the axe stops moving

Target – series of rings with point value between 1 - 6 points, point value is that of the innermost ring that your blade makes contact with

Kill Shots – blue dots on 5 & 10 frame, must be called before throwing 8 points if hit / 0 if missed

Playoffs - On the final week of league, everyone faces off in a single-elimination tournament.

Traditional seeding is used – the best player plays the worst player, second best plays second worst, etc. During the final 4, matches it’s a double-elimination tournament.

At the end, the last player standing is crowned champion and receives a trophy and gift card.
